Rule 7
Evaluation of confidential reports
(1) The confidential report on the work of the employee should be sent to the Commission regularly within 15 days after the end of each year.
(2) The Commission shall consider whether the confidential report of each employee received in this way has been correctly evaluated and if the Commission feels that the report was not filled fairly or the evaluation was not correct or if two or more employees filled the report and there is a large difference in the evaluation of each report, it shall seek an explanation from the employee who filled the report. The commission will determine the appropriateness.
(3) If any adverse thing is found in the work conduct and conduct of an employee from the confidential work report or the inspection officer's report, the commission shall order such employee to give notice with reasons to give him an opportunity to improve his work conduct and conduct. The work and conduct of the employee cannot be considered as the basis for any subsequent accounting.
